The Kentucky Judicial Campaign Conduct Committee, a nonprofit, non-stock corporation, conducted its annual meeting on Jan. 19 in Midway. It elected Spencer Noe of Lexington chair and president, re-elected other officers, and extended an invitation to retiring Supreme Court Justice Bill Cunningham of Kuttawa to join the committee.
